補血補氣豬心湯

豬心ㄧ顆
薑兩小節
紅棗15粒
枸杞適量
當歸ㄧ片
黃耆適量
桂枝適量
米酒少許
鹽適量


[b]作法[/b]
1 豬心洗淨∼切自己喜歡口感大小

2 下滾水∼川燙去血水

3 當歸、黃耆、紅棗、枸杞、桂枝過水洗淨,放入燉豬心的盅裡

4 然後放入川燙好的豬心,加入清水,淹過豬心高兩到三公分即可

5 最後放入電鍋,外鍋放一杯水,跳起悶ㄧ下,加入米酒少許,然後再ㄧ次,跳起再依個人口味調味上桌
